Bovada went down almost an hour ago, poker software and website, i keep checking but as of right now still no good
mine went down to i am still unable to connect and play idk what happen
Anybody know how they handle refunds? I was in a $2 tournament, so not a huge deal...
I ended up calling in tonight to see if I could get my tiny buyin refunded. Spoke with a nice guy, who attempted to transfer me to someone in poker and came back a while later and said all were busy. He opened a case, asked me a few questions and said they would email me back when it's resolved. I'll post here any updates. Maybe will be useful in the future.
yah i D/C from bovada all the time it lets me on quick tho
not sure on bovada. still havn't been able to play a po freeroll on bovada. Just never the right time for me to get to play
i like bovada software but like carbons graphics mostly on bovada now softer
I have been having problems gettign disconnected with bovada every since I started playing there!
A few weeks ago I was in there 6k gtd, and like 4and a half hours into it got disconnected and couldnt get back on!
I ended up getting blinded out!, I did cash though so I couldnt get a refund!
Well I never did get an email from poker that I was refunded and didn't see it come through my cash, so I called in tonight, got a woman in poker and she refunded it while on the phone.
I think they were just too busy last weekend with the meltdown... Customer service seems really responsive though.
I love to play at Bovada's Poker site because it's annonomous, simple, no trash talking, just straight poker playing without all the smiley faces. But most of all, they are fair and pay
I do not like playing at Carbon Poker site because of all the trash talking an nonsense that goes on while you are trying to play a serious poker game.
I like the anonymity of Bovada. Since all my screennames contain VVicked Kitty in some fashion, I can't hide from my reputation on any of the other sites.
sorry but i really enjoy bovada mostly hu player but i enjoy there site i wish we could get more freerolls there if anyone wants to vote on that please let me know how we can ty and good luck out there
