BCP/ACR Support
This is how I found out how bad support is (and a goofball mistake on my end). I was trying to log into my account on my roommate's computer but kept saying "bad user error or password". Spoke to support for like a half hour resetting my password and what not, turns out I had never logged off my other PC and after I did it worked fine...they couldn't even tell me I was already logged in....lol

you would think that they would be able to tell that you were logged in at another place cause they can tell when you create another account from the same location. geesh

You think that it would have triggered an error saying you are logged in somewhere else or that support would check your name and the status would say online not offline
