anyone knows why my carbon poker has no text?

i install carbon poker from this site and update that,but when i loge in there is no text in any bottom,so i can not use it.
does anyone have that problem before,what should i do?
please help me

never had that problem i guess remove and install again would be my guess

i did remove and install over and over again,i am gonna send a pictureAttachment 694

That is strange, I have no idea.

I'm not sure why that is happening but if you uninstall and reinstall that may correct the problem.

I see you already did that. Did you contact support?

he has no text lol.
google carbon support email, it should come up, it is either support@carbonpoker.com or support@carbonpoker.eu or au.....

*edit, I just checked his pic again, it does show support up top. :) that is good.
