I doubt pokerstars or full tilt will ever re-enter the united states market. They pushed the limits with the department of justice and so they are not viewed favorably by the powers that be. Unlike party poker which bowed out in time and is now reaping the benefits of the new wave of legalized online play in New Jersey and elsewhere.
