Made a purchase for points tonight. My largest coincidentally, and didnt recieve them. Not instantly like usual, not within 15 min grace period yet still nothing. Money has been deducted. What gives? Ive bought enough points (yeah i know sigh) to know this isnt routine. Have emails and such.. Answers please?? Shouldnt have to be questioning things like these. Its like anything else. When your purchasing something even online there should be some level of expectations.. Annoyed
