I fell for that trap too. Don't do it. If you must grind out points, use Crowdflower.
You could also try some of the trialpay offers.
I'd recommend finding a mentor to help you earn points.
yea ditto be VERY careful with downloading anything.... lots of viruses and malware embedded in them. iam speaking from experience its the worst to have you computer crap out and have to go through all the trouble to fix it and you dont even get any points. Alot of the games have malware that will hijack your browers and add stuff you dont want (i.e stupid useless toolbars/ change your homepage/slow up your computer/etc..) same with the programs. Happened to me at least 3x until i finally said f it and would rather buy some points/ sign up for a free trial then deal with the downloads. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
people say the radio thing is pretty good... but it never works for me so idk
Yea I've done that before. Not only was I awarded no points I had to go back and delete a bunch of programs that were fucking my computer up.Quote:

point 1 downloads can be a great way of getting points but u have to be careful for obvious reasons 9/10 they will convert if they dont convert u did them wrong its that simple
firstly u wont get any problems with your computer if u have half a brain cell and get ureself set up with any form of medicore protection
secondly make sure when u download shit u install EVERYTHING toolbars, background checks im add ons everything else it wont work
thirdly keep on top of deletion once u get credited delete the shit whilst its fresh in ure mind just to keep stuff running smooth
fourth check to see any additional criteria with the games u often have to log into the game/create an account or play the game tool bars u have to actually do a search using it
lastly be patient some offers can take a few mins others can take days to convert
yea I try to stay away from the downloads.I think I only had maybe 1-2 work for me.
im now going to prove they do complete by doing a series of downloads
EDIT so far i have done 4 download offers, 3 of which have converted... will keep this post updated the more i do
currently on my 7th download of which 5 have converted
Yeah, downloads rarely seem to convert. That sucks tho.

Yeah, I'd definitely recommend just sticking with Crowdflower and the occassional TrialPay.
Once you get a decent amount of points.. Partake in some Last Longer bets and play smart. Points is basically a second bankroll around these parts.
:confused:you need sandboxie! google it and then LEARN HOW to use it,get a 2nd (crappy/you dont care about) computer just for downloads while you do crowdflower and trialpay on your regular/good computer-maxamize your earnings.paid 20$ for my junk computer and its paid for it self + powerbill(s) and there still some meat on the bone for a lilttle profit, the key is learning "how to" use sandboxie.GL :cool:
the second computer is certainly the way to go for those, and still delete after conversion
