i did a 64 oint valid sumbit emil adress nd didnt reciev any point?

i did a mobile servey and didnt recieve any points?

i took i 127 points servey it said thank you for completing this servey and never gave me the points :(

i also downloaded a game and played it didnt get any points for that either

i did a download aswell adn didnt get any poins :(
