Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

i didnt get any points for anything it saying i have completed

i did a trialpay offer and didnt recieve any points

i completed a servey for 250 and didnt get the points?

I do so many damn surveys to get points I dunno which ones even are the ones I am getting the points from! LOL

why i didnt get my points

The CPA Lead doesn't have a help center and i completed and trial and pay survey,and didn't recieve any points who do i contacted

cpa has a poor history of converting for me.
