Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

i ave so mny missing points need toknw how to scren shoot

i just downloaded this game for 275 points and they havent yet rewarded me the points what can i do to prove this?

i just took a cpa servey and didnt get my points

none of the serveys are rewarding any points but a few of them

i even tryed swithcing up to different seveys when some of them do not work

i need help recieving points?

does anyoone n how to seenshoot?
