getting points from survey are hard and don't even think about getting points from the downloads. i think only one download worked for me and i had it on there playing everyday for a week.
Help ! Never had a problem with Usamp till last night .I finish a survey and have a screenshot. I just need to know how to find the support for Usamp. Can anyone explain to me how to get to their help(support) center?

I completed a task and didn't recieve points so here is a screenshot. I was supposed to get 454 points for MYSurveys.com. I verified my email as well with them.

i have done everything exactly like you say but 80% of the time they don't convert
Don some surveys and watched videos on an ipad but most of them dont work is this an apple problem? Should i retry on pc?
Ive tried on an ipad and have them work. Mostly, I do it on my laptop. The videos should be the easy ones to convert - are you watching it til the end?
And "80% of the time they don't convert" sounds about right especially if you try to do a lot of surveys that have a little less frequency of converting.
i used the turbo tax link and didn't get points.
go to my help under their offerwall and show them a screen shot... good luck with that cause there is always some bullshit happenin
hope for the best is all you can do after you dispute it.. always have a ascreen shot... even then they do come up with bs.. so all offers should say not guaranteed... truth
Matomy sent email on Sunday saying they added points and in my offer wall is completed,,but I never received those points and now again I get an email but no points :(

almost every section should have a support page. take screen shots of all the offers you complete.

I just downloaded game for 70 points and did not get my points Aero Aced Bat downloaded and played and was suppose to get 70 points what is going on?
Do not know why it did not show because all points most time just show up
sometimes you get the points later and sometimes not at all. (usually the later) clear your history and try a survey, cpalead seems to work best for me and its quick.
Sometimes they convert and theres times they don't i did like 12 1 day and not 1 convert but i have done like 3 and 2 or 3 hours later they come in i always try to do what is in task ticker.
