i just did the badoo thing off cpa and it didnt give me my points it showed that it did on the cpa points thing ive earned for them but no on my account?

The CPA Lead doesn't have a help center and i completed and trial and pay survey,and didn't recieve any points who do i contacted

cpa has a poor history of converting for me.
