Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

Great post Zab. I have many that dont convert either. I do the screenshots and the emails to support, but I have have only gotten the points resolved about 5 times or so. I just go through all the offers and keep trying one by one til they pay out.

my advise is don't do the surveys. waste of time in my opinion.

So the deals that say download only and you get points like the Pokemon or Big Farm, run on sentence, If show a screenshot of the download do i receive the points? Also I install them (on vmware) and they turn off mozilla so i dont get credit what is the deal?
