Matomy sent email on Sunday saying they added points and in my offer wall is completed,,but I never received those points and now again I get an email but no points :(
yea i downloaded some games I never received any of my points for them!

Happens alot with the big point payouts allways take a screenshot of the end product so you can send in to the company with date and timeQuote:

almost every section should have a support page. take screen shots of all the offers you complete.
