Disappointing, but not unexpected... setting a "dangerous" precedent. of course there is the small detail, that, that's their JOB! I am rarely disappointed in the High Court, but his is juest weasely. not a great time to be an american patriot! every body wnats to point fingers at everyone else, but NO ONE wants to step up to the plate... kinda glad my dad doesn't have to see the crap we've had to watch in the last 5 or 10 years!

this world has went to hell with letting the courts do the dission makeing itsm all about if they get any money from the deal hell it would make it alot easier just to pass it and let it go on we are a free country right so let us pay cards with what we want to hell let justice be for the free world again
you legalize weed and poker and there is 40 billion not to mention all the "criminals" it would eliminate

Gotta expext this from them. I like poker alot and it is a skill game but most people just click buttons and hope to win.

To me it isn't even about whether it is a game of skill. I think we'd have to admit that depending on the game and players it varies and for some it definitely is more a game of chance. That's not the point though. It's about personal liberty. Doing what you want with your money. And the govn't (especially the courts) were set up to protect our liberties. It's bad enough they tax every dollar on the way in and out of our pockets at higher and higher rates. I don't need the govts protection. And I don't need the govts aid. They need to take a huge step back. People need to open their eyes and vote and speak up. How can we get a petition on Obama's desk about some pothead that really isn't affecting anyone but not one for term limits? I'm ranting now and I could go on forever I feel like so I'll stop. But, real "change" starts with the people.

Yes,I agree they should legalize it but I don't think they'll do it until the majority of the states legalize it.Why do something when you can do nothing,that way no one can criticize what you do.

Hi all, i think still somekind of order must be hold up.... well some guy thinked of a court... other thinked on stoned and death penality... still i say when u use your knoweldge to teach others .... u have to know or at least think a little who are u trying to improve..

poker is a game of skill only game where you don't really have to have a hand to win, such as bluffing,or having a big hand and slow rolling someone or someone's. and I'd rather if I was gonna lose money to lose it 2 a common joe not the house
The gov. makes money whether it is legal or not i.m.o., the bad work with the good just like in pro wrestling it is just a show for us to live with.
