You talk about govt cut. Driving real players to local casinos isn't gonna make it. The rake from your average player at home in low limit games is only gonna be had if they run the site.
God I really hope Carbon and Cake don't fall to this... if they do, that will officially be it for online poker for me. I've already moved everything I do twice, I won't do it a third time... And the traffic is already very low and hard to work with...

Where is all this info about Doyles coming from because as far as i know it isn't true at all, in fact i played a tournament there last night and just logged in again just now and i can still play and they are still up and running ??

Merge might be doing things legal as for Doylesroom-Todd Brunson made a statement last week at The WSOP via twitter about being happy that people wanted to talk to him

makes me wonder why now that they are doing this crap. i think they eventually just gonna have 1 main site in the US and tax it like crazy, then they get a huge market segment and a massive chunk of ppl, they will make tons of money

Doyles does accept USA, and i have cashed out over $1000 from them and had the money pretty fast
Yeah, Doyl'e is on the third network that I have been with in order to keep my money. You get so used to a site, and then they jerk your chain and you do not want to go to the new site they put you on. But then you cannot get your funds, so now you got to play poker in a room that you do not enjoy, just to play long enough to get your money off the site. No warning, you just notice it the next time you log on. Like moving a sports team to another city in the dark of night, like a thief.
