I be glad when we can play online poker with any site and it be legal.
It's a felony to play online poker in my state. Nobody has ever been prosecuted, but if this becomes a state by state decision to operate off of some sort of federal government structured gambling laws, I expect this state will move quickly to legalize it. There is some movement to decriminalize it in the state legislature, but I think it will become legal through the federal government before anything changes here.
I am so loving it! I hop that this goes thru soon. I would like to get back to playing on Full Tilt again soon.
