My thoughts on the future on USA poker sites

It ain't going to happen on a National level for years, if not longer. Why, you ask? Those guys in D.C. couldn't pour pis out of a boot if the the instructions were on the bottom of the heel. Don't get me wrong, I want it to be on a National level myself. I would be like a kid in a candy store with all the different sites competing to get players to play at their site, with different promos and plenty of good paying freerolls.

As for as state level, other than a few states there won't be enough of a player pool to maintain a site, not to mention all of the sharks will consume the fishes in a short matter of time. So being one of the fish myself, I would be Sushi pretty quick.

Here in Texas, the Govenor has already stated he will veto any bill for Online Poker or Casinos before it can came up for a vote. Can you believe there are no Casinos in Texas? I guess there weren't any Indians in the State. These are just my thoughts, I really do hope I'm wrong. I'm 66 years old and would hope it would come to pass before I do. ROFL, LMAO Take care

My thing is that once it happens, the online floodgates will open to thousands of new players. I want to have my online game in top shape when it happens because somebodys going to winning all that new money thats on the tables.

Yea. I'm in Ft. Worth, about a 65 mile drive to "The 2nd Largest Casino in The World"!!! WINSTAR Casino. It's in the shape of a horseshoe. and it's 1 mile from end to end.

I agree and i know about Texas I do traveling Construction on mall stores. and go to Texas quite often the no casino sucks for you its all about the money always has and always will .. there might be ways around it but thats not the answer I hate to say it cuz IM a combat vet and love my country but the government is going to shit real fast you know? they should look at it this way they send millions in aid to other countrys so why cant we ?

The damn government should just make it ALL legal. Gambling in general. If thats how people want to spend their money so be it, but I love poker and I think it should be legal

the state is in the name of the game for cryin out loud!

Stars should pay the US gov any amt of money to get US players back because they would make trillions

I don't see why they banned Pokerstars they haven't done anything wrong

i don't know why they are banning online gambling either. there's gambling all over the country, why not online also.

Pokerstars will be open to the USA players eventually. it is going to take a couple more years for our government to get thier heads out of their ass and make it legal.

Even though i am not a fan of Liberals at all, but the fact that i live in 1 of the most Liberal if not the most Liberal state gives me hope. Hell if the state gov is ok with Adam marrying Steve then why can't they be ok with online poker ? Here in Cali i think it will be soon

Because the Indians lobby congress it has been delayed

some day we will be able to play any room online that we want. just not anytime soon.
