Full Tilt -- US Players

So I'm probably a little behind on all this... I'm a former Full Tilt player in the US. I understand Full Tilt was bought and is open again (Play money only in US). I had heard rumors of being able to petition US Dept of Justice for frozen funds?

Seems a bit odd to me that they would release illegal gambling funds? Has there been any additional information regarding this?

I think it's a gray area about what was or wasn't illegal and lots of legal mumbo jumbo that basically leads to maybe some very specific actions were illegal, but overall with the situation the US government hasn't proven the sites or the players have done anything explicitly illegal.

I never really liked FT poker much anyway ...not sure why someone would go there just to play with play money if your gonna do that might as well play on facebook or something like that just my opinion

They would release it because it's your money. They would give it back to you (just keep waiting) but you can't use it to play poker anymore.
