They say here in their press release on March 27th, 2012. That as soon as they heard about something being fishy with FTP they sent in investigators and the first wrong doing they found they immediately severed their relationship with FTP. It's just AGCC covering their asses and trying not to get sued by players IMO. It's nothing important about FTP.
