Important Update About the Start of the Claims Process

Starting on September 16, 2013, GCG will email a Notice with instructions on how to submit a Petition for Remission online to all potentially eligible claimants identified by GCG utilizing data supplied by Full Tilt Poker ("FTP"). The deadline to submit a Petition for Remission is November 15, 2013. Instructions concerning the filing of Petitions will be included in the Notice and will be posted on this website. Is there anyway to get your money if you dont have access to the email you had on your FTP account

so does this mean they will email us about gettin our money back. i would love my 1500 hundred back.

To get your Full Tilt Poker balance, you'll have to download your account history. I just downloaded mine. Here's how to do it:

• Go to FullTiltPoker.com and download the client.
• Open the client and log in. Your old login credentials should still work.
• Go to "Requests" in the menu bar and select "Account History...(Web)." A web page will open, where you can create a request for your history.
• Select the date range for your request. I chose an end date a couple of weeks after Black Friday (choose something like 5/1/2011) and a start date a few months prior. Once done, click "submit."
• You'll receive an email when the file is ready for download. Mine took just a few minutes.
• Click the link in the email, download the ZIP file from the web page that opens, and simply open the Excel-compatible spreadsheet.

Cool, I wonder if those players will get their cashouts before taxes or after.

I'm glad at the time FT shutdown I was out of poker for a while, so I didn't have to worry bout a withdraw from them. hope everyone gets what there owed

Awesome. I am sure that almost everyone, myself included, had just written off the chances of ever seeing any of our funds that were left on full tilt poker post black friday. The fact that now we have the opportunity/chance to recover something even though from the way that sounds it will only be partial reimbursement (and a small percentage at that) of our funds on FTP is a step in the right direction.

I find it to be quite amazing that we are still awaiting repayment and legalization. It is taking too fucking long.

Crossing my fingers, one thing I know for sure, the irs is going ot have a lot of new best friends.

Yes there will be- can you login to your account to see your account history? I would start there- contact full tilt support and see if you can change your email address-

Plus, they are supposed to send people emails, but you may not get one. Or you may get it in the spam folder and miss it.. What you should do is be proactive and send THEM an email when the time comes ( which is September 16th it seems) -

Check the site Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration for info--- they should update it when the times comes--

your window to get things done is small-- about 2 months!! so get things done early in case of problems--

There should be information somewhere about what to do once September 16th comes around

Maryland has now open for business so I don't know that I'll be playing online as much because they've so taken so long to leaglize
