I have never had Rocko default to me, guess I just loaned him during his hot streaks. The last few times he has asked me for a 4k loan I said no because I knew he was trying to recover loses and that's no way to get ahead. He is a 15 year old who has no clue of the value of $. Just young and dumb, I like Rocko but he has the worst BR Management on the planet.

Till today he always paid back to me what he was owing me. Can take some time, but normally he will pay back.
