LCDaBoss (King of the Micro Thieves/Multi-accounters) Banned on yet another account

This guy is non-stop small time grinding/thieving up small-time for a long time now. He just starts up new accounts like I use toilet paper. His latest uncovering was over at 2+2 using a screen name "rozay' with a brand new account over at BCP "DreamChaserz". If the guy would find any type of real job he might make the pennies he steals from others. Maybe even begging on the corner would be more profitable.
