well joe, depends where you got it, if you have receipt, etc, proof, then you should be able to contact amazon and say code did comes up used, someone may have stolen code. Or if you bought from someone, then you may have been scammed. But one thing is for sure, daytradin isn't lying. Also, did you guys double check code, maybe there was a typo , has happened to me getting codes from people

U traded me $5 code and left your posting up in marketplace. Is it possible you forgot your trade w/ me for $1 and Seal Chips combination and traded the same code. I you or day can put up the last 4 digits of the code I can see if it's the same as amazon has that info.
And just fyi, if this comes down to he said she said. Daytradin Trumps ya. So, it would behoove you to find out wat happened to the code, as Day does not lie.

OK as you will notice the balance on my account in the first picture and second picture are identical while indicating the code you gave me in the PM is used.
Now you are lucky you are not within arms reach or I would bust you in the chops for calling me a liar.
Lastly I would like my points back and ban this prick for trying to cheat or at least remove his market privileges.
