713chipmonster is a scammer over $5.50. Owed for 2 months

On October 6th we made trade of paypal supposed to be my $23 of paypal for his $20 of bcp


for whatever reason he decided to only send me $14.50 of bcp and promised to send me $5.50 of bcp when he got it

been 2 months and refuses to pay me

Here is proof of him accepting the deal

If needed I will post my paypal/bcp history showing the $23 going to him and the $14.50 coming to me


I doubt he will deny this anyways

you have the attachment to well attach it so you should have the original file no?

paypal was messed up and the $ was sent 30 mins before and it took that long to get to you. You could have sent the $23 back at anytime but instead sent me $14.50 of bcp and said you would send $5.50 later after broncos game.

you didnt want the trade...so just send the PP back, by not doing so you are infact accepting the trade also why would you then tell him ud send the other $5.50, after sending him $14.50 O.o he mighta been jumping the gun with sending u the funds before you agreed to the trade but all of your actions after you recieved the money shows you accepted the trade pay the man what you owe

after i sent paypal for whatever reason it didn't go in his account right away so he said he didn't want trade. after the payment finally went through which i confirmed with paypal support, i messaged him about and he then sent $14.50 and said he would send $5.50 after broncos game vs cowboys because he bet on it. Of course he lost the bet and therefore could not pay me
