i sleep well i go to bed at same time always and wake same time always no alarm clock

about 6-7 hrs of sleep then its on, a busy hetic day with a little bit of poker playing and chatting..non stop for me

Too much sleep can make you as tired as not enough sleep. I sleep about the same as gametime 6 hours no alarms or clocks up by 5,520 every day regardless of what time i goto sleep..

clearly im still asleep if this is to be deemed as a credible thread

I would love to get 8 hours of continues sleep. Maybe get 7 hours of sleep, in a 9 hour period.

blah i sleep too much... 10-12 hours a night. fuck i need to sleep less.

I sleep when I'm dead, I try not to sleep very much so I can have more time to play poker.

i dont sleep much but dont go to sleep till 5-6-7 am so .

I have sleep apnea, but I hated the mask when I tried it out. So it goes untreated. Therefore I am up at all hours of the day and night. At most I can sleep 3hrs at a time. SUCKS!

i cant sleep im up all night and up half the day.smoke some weed puts my ass to sleep though.lol
