Good Skill

So it occurred to me today that everyone always says good luck to someone else, but then there are times when people are saying how lucky someone got in such and such hand. Well, maybe its all the "good luck" being passed around. Lets all start saying Good Skill instead, and maybe it might just counteract all the years of wishing people good luck, eventually. Its a theory...Hell, lets start a "good skill" movement.. no a revolution!!!

This is a great idea MichMan. Good Skill sounds better then good luck. My uncle races and we use to tell him good luck and something bad would always happen to him so we started telling him to have fun. I think good luck is bad luck. Great Idea.

i THINK that should apply for about anything(have fun) cause skill means little to nothing online. Im also thinking the people at PPA have never played online or they are just good salesmen cause im learning luck is HUGE for online poker. I like the(my)saying" id rather be lucky then good anyday unfotunately im only good", that used to be my sig lol

You may be missing the point.. maybe, just maybe, everybody always saying "good luck" has tilted luck into their favor, and brought about phrases like better to be lucky than good. Maybe, just maybe if the poker world shifted to wishing good skill to its fellow players, the balance would shift back to where it belongs, and the luck factor would diminish. Yeah I know its grasping at straws, but ya never know.. until you try.

I like that one MichMan. makes alot of sense considering you use your finger. LOL
