made some good burgers today.. spring has officially sprung in MI, went out and fired up the charcoal with my 22 month old grandson, while he was playin with his tonka truck in the yard... then before I knew it he reaches for the grill lid which I had open while the coals burned, and I yell "NO dont touch" but he does ... then he looks at me and shakes his hand and says "hot"...I check his hand and hes ok, I check the lid and its a lil hot but nothing near burning hot,... he goes back to playin with his truck :) and every time he walked by the grill he'd point and say "hot".. .. good times.. id have to sat the rallys/checkers bacon mushroom melt and i make my burgers with chooped fresh onion and a lil garlic mixed with hamburger then of course all the fixins l/t/o/bcn/cheese/k/m
