I quit about 6 years ago, however for some reason still have the urge to ask for one if I'm at a social event where people are smoking. However, i just fight the urge and replace it with gum, food, or playing a game ;p sad but true
UPDATE today is 16 months and still no cigs!!! Now the smell of them is gross.......... :(
