Finding it hard to sleep at my own house, but falling easily at my parents
Hello all, for the past few days when I was at my parents house I went to bed at about 10pm, although didn't really get to sleep till 11pm and I slept all the way to 8 30 am. Now when I am at my own house, I find it difficult to find a sleeping routine most likely because I am on the computer most of the day doing nothing, on the PO forums and on other various sites to.
I had the best two days worth of sleep when I was over at my mum and dads house than at mine even I AM starting to notice I'm loosing sleep. What is the best way to combat this, can any of you suggest anything, please no joking around this is a serious matter for me, I NEED my sleep!
