lastly you have had not one, not two but three mods comment here that they stand by what was said, thats hefty weight, the background check isnt going to change, and the only reason you dont want people to see the threat level and the aliases is not because its unfair but because it is entirely fair and accurate and you know you wont be able to scam people, normally id argue that scamming and defaulting are 2 different things but borrowing without the intent to pay back on time by deffinition is a scam, you are a high risk member and you should be dealt with caution

Also, sue me for teaching them to use the site, I was trying to refer good friends to a good site. But instead try to scold me for bringing good ppl to the site. They/I would log in at thier/my house sometimes when we were hanging out mostly.

the thing that scares me the most is that you really believe you have done nothing wrong, you play the victim pretty well
FACT you have logged onto another account at your pc
FACT that will link you to the accounts perminantly
FACT you DO NOT pay back for months
FACT by definition taking money off someone you do not intend to pay back on time is a SCAM, if you intended to pay back on time but for whatever reason couldnt then it wouldnt be a scam but the amount of times u have defaulted and for the length of time you have defaulted means you are scamming people

The thing is that you do not try and earn any points to pay back, you stay in default for months at a time, and using points that you should be earning to pay back, playing in the games instead. You don't take your debts seriously at all and it is really frustrating to watch.

but the fact you do trades openly in chat for more than the value of your loan and dont pay back shows you have no intent to pay back thus making you a scammer

i always default, but i do it ON PURPOSE to get my loaner more points

Maybe he has not scammed anyone here, but the guy has scammed $5 on another site. I mean, really, this guy straight-up stole 5 fucking dollars, never to return to the site again from what I can see ($5.50 transfered to his account for a MTT, he never confirmed transfer, never played MTT, never communicated on site again)

As far as these IPs matches, it certainly appears as though an investigation is in order. Given this guys background, certainly PO could see how many IP logins he has made with each account in question to tell if he is 'possibly' been playing all these various accounts at one time or another as a multi-accounter... Why would I need to log-in to someones account to help them??? I have helped many people on many poker sites, yet never logged onto anothers account.

What is on someones mind or inside their head to start a thread like this given the total background?

PS, I also note he is BANNED on CardsChat which is generally a pretty hard thing to have done, and 'in general' is because of some type of improper actions trying to cheat people, cheat site, or multi-accounting

I cannot defend myself on PartTimePoker Staking Forums. I fucked up ,and totally screwed the staker.

As far ascardschat, they are very evil, i have never did anything wrong there.they banned me after i requested to start playing there freerolls.
