i was brought up on fresh food bought everyday and am quite healthy which i am sure is the reason
I moved to within 3 blocks of a Trader Joes, best thing I ever did. They refuse to sell national brands, and none of the food there is GMO, or has preservatives of any kind. I think I would eat a dollar bill before I would buy something of a 'value menu'.
