Points it would seem to be the way to go. There the easiest to get and not able to do PnP transfer.

Im still not sure about this whole loaning thing seems to me there should be some exclusion from freerolls/client play if you have an over due balance(so if you borrow for say a week you can play/do what ever you want till then but the day after your debt is due you get locked out not sure how hard that would be to implement but seems like a better way to ensure loan payment)

I would either do some of the offers that you pay money for and have a high return or just out right buy the points.
