I agree, the river is the stadium of the hand where you must be careful. I made this kind of mistakes, so i understand, but a bet on the flop or on the turn would have made this situation clearer. He had the money, he could have bet before.Quote:

Ok, maybe you or even me wouldn't bet on the flop, but when you watch the pro's, when they have enough of chips, they bet the flop just for some info, probably to avoid situations like this one. It's totally different when you actually play the hand, but it is only an opinion.Quote:
