"Worst Leaks"

What do you consider to be your top three leaks in your game ?

Mine are,
1. Chasing straights.
2. With pair on board, not giving credit that someone has a set.
3. Getting married to pair after the flop even tho turn and river bring out higher cards that can beat my pair.

Okay what's yours ?

All 3 get me everytime, but number 3 is the worse for me. pkt 10s and Js with K A or Q on the board is a bitch to play.
