Why play poker? It seems like a simple question, but the answer is both complex and personal. There are many different reasons to play or not play poker, and often these reasons will dictate what type of player a person is and what limits he or she should play.
I play poker as a hobby.
I think it's a lot of fun. :)

I play for fun. Every time I play I have a blast. I like playing tournaments with a lot of people in them, so far that is the most fun that I have had.
I think most players play for one of the following reasons.
Hobby.
Extra money.
Competition and Challenge.
Dreams of Winning it Big.
for fun really and as a time killer.
also a nice way to make some quick cash
because it is a great hobby...and you can get extra money

It`s a great hobby for me, sometimes win little amount of $, the best site for me it`s fult tilt poker.

I play poker for pleasure but I play poker mostly for the money because if you learn it and you become good at it you can make allot of money

that is one of the reasons i play the the rest are simple i love the challenge if all people got to have the feeling of succuess when ya make a great play or even the best fold out there its all for the love of making the right descion at the right time isnt that why we all play
its currious to think i make money, during a tourney on ipoker i start playing roulette on sidegames. after 27 reds in row i made 350$. shit on poker, i play to get time off. but to make fast money in short time i prefer casino games,
Poker is my passion. It is also my favorite hobby and I really enjoy earning my poker money from freerolls and completing offers for poker cash. It is a real challenge. I don't win alot but I enjoy poker, win or lose.
Why play poker conveys emotions and strong feelings
Gambling, Fun, the worldwide coverage of it. And of course when you win big. I JUST LOVE IT.
Its a great hobbie, and it is a very fun game..and if your good you can make money ...if you think it looks fun give it a try

Why play poker?
Because poker is unlike any other game or sport. You can't master it there is always something to learn everyday and it challenges me in everyway I can think of. Because of poker I learned how to be more patient and how to handle tough decisions
