2 and 3 outers are the NUTS online so id have to say a open ender has even better odds then 2 and 3 outers...

i believe its 16 percent

around ~32 percent on the flop drops to ~18 on the turn

if the guy I am playing against has a bankroll larger than mine on merge, my odds are zero...lol
