I use Carbons free one. Works fine and helps out as long as you don't depend on it. It's just a tool.

I believe quite the opposite, HUDs can be very helpful, including blind changes n the such. Lets u know who u can steal from, who folds to 3-bets, how ur c-bets r gonna be acted upon, etc etc etc.
