as far as I have seen. if your ROI is above %15 your good, %18 percent is a bragging point.

the best roi for a poker player are added value tournaments or tournaments you cash in more then you lose.

Your pretty good at the freerolls here bug, maybe stick with them?

Your ROI is really up to you. As long as you are getting a ROI, count it as a plus. If you are a winning player in the long term, and remain a winning player, your ROI will increase as you stay at the same stakes because of practice. It may drop when you move up stakes because of more skilled opponents, but over time, you will be able to determine what you should expect.
