I have nothing concrete to say, I can not really answer
There is a lot more hands dealt on-line. Live people are not sitting behind a computer hitting buttons fast. Live you are reading your opponent and taking more time to understand all the players. On-line your going by stats.

I think to answer OP, I see maybe one tenth the bad beats in real life poker, probably because I see one tenth the hands in 2 hours.

i played two live sessions for two days and i saw so many fullhouses flopped on K2o, J3, two pairs often beat everything and even straight was dealt directly from the flop to the river :)
