I've lost like 5k+ playing. Pretty rough.

GL grinding. Use bankroll management and stop playing when you feel like you're losing an edge. If you can stop yourself from losing extra money when you are on tilt, you can save yourself a lot of money. Even a tiny bit of frustration can affect your game while you are playing and after when you are done.

I have won a lot of money playing the tourneys and sit and go's. I lose everything playing video poker and BJ. Problem is I am addicted and I admit it. Sad
