So the question is if i wanna buy Po points or carbon cash is paypal the best method? and if so do they charge me for buying points or carbon cash and if i create a paypal account should i choose personal(For individuals who shop online), Premiere(For individuals who buy and sell online) or Business which i dont think i would need but any help would be GREATLY appreciated..
