Yes its a must read. Once you read the book you will realize the movie sucks and doesnt do any justice trust me!

The documentary movie(s) I saw were pretty good ... this movie (High Roller: The Stu Ungar Story (2003) - IMDb) where some guy interviews him in the hotel room is pretty bad.

Yes Stu lived a Hard Fast life. At a young age he had a gift and that was to play Cards. His best game wasnt even poker it was Gin Rummy. Must read guys im telling you.

Read the book and saw the movie. He had a great gift with cards, sad he couldn't control his other demons.

Stu may have been a drug addict, but hearing stories, he was an amazing player with a great knack for reading people.
