ok i told you all what happend on chip me up. I sold shares to my sunday events in which i did for a few yrs. I got locked up on a sturday night for a bench warrant for an old assault charge after the person I was with ran a red light. I contacted my buddy which was chrs420 to transfer my poker funds to another buddy to get the cash to bail me out and to give some to a lawyer to speed up the process. I got out on monday night tuesday early am. I contacted the players who bought shares from me paid everyone back but 2-3 people that was talking shit and got me kicked off the site and downgraded my name on 2+2. This all was in 2009. I am not a scammer at all i like to play poker thats it. I did not scam daaab neither that whole instance was over an addon that I made in a rebuy that he blew up on. I have ran for him before and won him money and transferred it directly to him. I have ran for numberous people on this site. I won 13.3k for Idothisfor( george). I transferred him 6k. If i was a scammer do u think I wouldve transferred anything. I have ran stakes for numerous people on this site potfan420, newdaddyhere, Idothisfor, dk12 just to name a few. I have never took anyone for there money. If I won I sent the funds directly back. Also yes my stats are real I have won a good chunk on alot of sites.

po is full of great winning poker player that are broke and need stakes.

Ive staked RYan420 more than a few times. ive never had problems with him, however im not sure he cashed big, he did min cash a few times and we ran other games. I would stake ryan42o again in min. mtt games I would of like to have seen ryan stake some fools when he was on a winning streak, however thats his business.

i'll add that was kinda shocked to c all this go down. I have staked him also quite few times with no probs. with any of the funds or anything like that. I was always sent what I owed and he always played what we aggreed on. I would send him not much like 30 at a time to run some 5 dollar OD, and like I said no probs. I can't speak for any of the other stuff that went down, but just giving my imput.

Hmmmmmm today he is telling "what really happened", but a couple of days ago he was in full, denial mode. Wouldn't admit he had any connection to this story at all. Can't see why if this story were true, he would be so openly dishonest. Just my 2 cents.

To be fair, it looks as if it was one incident 5 yrs ago, which he has a plausable explanation for if its true. I don't agree with the bubble chat begging for stakes though, I know him and a few others should lose that feature.

I am not clear on the incident with daab, but alot of this is due to ppl staking and not doing it right. Half of them are not putting the terms in the thread and it should all be spelled out and agreed upon.

He was banned a couple of nights ago for begging on bubble and in the chat for stakes, but due to a misunderstanding he was let out. The other known wrong-doing here was the whole daaab episode. Biggest issue that I have with him is that he flat out lied in the main chat and said neither of those players on ChipMeUp were him, but yet he lists those exact names as his player names in his staking-related threads here.

I'm not knocking any of the guys who are willing to take a chance on a horse, I know newdaddy and others have done that, and altho I wish they wouldn't without doing their homework first, it's their money. I know that others have staked him here and have said he has paid them back, not screwed them, etc. However, to me if he is going to deny who he is, then it's only a matter of time before he does something stupid.

Did you hear his ridiculous explanation about going to jail and needing bail money? Come on dude. And that's a sizable chunk of money for once incident.

More importantly than anything else, MONTHS AGO a rule was put into effect that we at PO have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for this shit. Either enforce the rule or let begging be totally legal for everyone and drive away people. And telling me "Oh well block him from bubble" isn't a solution - how many times has a new member been taken by a lowlife for a stake/loan?
