theres no more fun in poker if its a job. you cant win all the time. granted some people hit that 1 big score but they usualy blow it also thinkin they can just go do it again

It can be, but jobs are useful and a poker player is useless. I mean what do they give to the world? Just entertainment when you watch poker on TV...

The way I look at it is, is if you're like a player like Isildur1 who wants to be the best in teh world at something, it can be a FUN job. Meaning, there's a lot of fun outlooks found in poker that can make you sweat, but not much---if ever.
I try to cashout my winnings as soon as I win them. I failed this month coz I won $70.00 in a couple of days and I didn't cashout and ended up playing some crappy tourney...

Yes, some people do make a living at it, but it certainly isn't easy and I'm sure not nearly as glamours as you might think.
