Any thick poker book will work nice, to prop your toddler up to the keyboard to click the all in button on a carbon freeroll, while ya take a bathroom break!

mike caro, actually a book on tape. gave the basics, and my favorite. have fun. let others know you are there just for fun(but you are not) If you are winning $$ at A table, dont be a prick! keep them all sticking around. dont brag, be polite, keep winning..
