PO WSOP Player Representative!!!!!!

Ok this for my po peeps on a serious poker investment, lets try and make some money to invest in a candidate to represent us in the wsop main event in july..I will be the banker for this event, responsible for the money we invest since this is my idea or a majority vote by our investors to nominate a new banker..Anyone on here eligible to buy a percentage in this event..I am taking "Real Poker Players for applications as well", You have to be a solid live player and online player of course investors will look at stats and make votes on all considerations..I have a few candidates in mind, but as a investor you have a vote base of your percentage you bought for the event. All my overseas players you of course will need a passport if eligible and you are chosen So a final vote will be taken..The major investors has the most votes.All i can say i want 10% for myself..Zab buddy i hoping you want some action too(you can always be the banker if you like this idea)..If our candidate can cash or even make the top 50 or sht even final table, we all with get paid.. Zab you sponsor some teeshirts pokerowned all on it..If this idea dont take, sht at least i tried.. We also might have 2 plus 2 sponsors in buying shares..we might can pull this thing off, dont estimate gametime74,I really hope so..:cool::cool:::cool:

good luck with this idea game..just remember that most the players here play for nothin but lk and in a live game they aren't gonna hit a 2 out flush or draw..like everyone here seemns to do..i wouldn't personally stake a dime on anyone from here..but thats just me..

trust me its a few good live players here, i know from info, i am waying heavier on ,my live player stats personally than online..but as my idea comes more into the light i will also invest in satty online players too..

Buddy I see this shit happen live all the time so you can't say it doesnt happen until you get one outted on a river or when ppl hit a two outer on river in cash games after getting it in on flop, or personal favorite is when they get it in on the flop with you with ace hi with backdoor flush and hit...So you still get the dumbass plays live as well, not just here

I think this is a great idea.

epic idea if only i had a passport haha id love to play in the wsop :(

There are a few people here that play live several times a week and are successful so we're not all exclusivly freeroll players.

I wanna play in the wsop =(, couple more months then i\'m 21!! =D

There is a ton of games, are we investing in 1 particular event or the big show $10,000 main event. Doubt we can raise enough money for that event, but maybe $1,200 NLH or PLO event would be awesome.

I would play it for pokerowned if I was old enough... lol.

sure can buddy, i am just starting to put this thing together, with great ideas from you and others we can make something happen, that is the main goal, is to make something happen with a sound investment to a good sound live poker player

What payment are you looking for for investments in this?

How are you going to determine a solid live player? I have many decent live cashes, but can I prove any of them. Nope. It's up to people to believe me. I don't know if there is any way of determining who is the best live play on an online forum unless they already have large cashes in WPT or WSOP events. Not to offend anyone here but I don't know if there are any players that play on PO that are strong enough in all aspects of there game to play main even of the WSOP. It takes more then poker skill to play in a tournament like that. You have to be in great physical shape to keep up your energy for several days of long play. I've never played in a tournament like the ME, but the multi-day tournaments I have played take a lot out of you. Imagine grinding an 8 game session online for 6 hours straight. That is about the stress a large tournament puts on you over the course of 12 hours.

You're absolutely right there is only one way to know by getting to know the person that's common sense. Gametime is not making this a contest he has who he wants in mind.

how many live sessions have you played for 12+ hours for more then a day straight?

PO'd shirts would be great but u can not wear them at FT. all sponsorship wear has to be pre approved ahead of time and as there will be sites there paying u to wear their gear. This would be a great option to earn even more money. The best way to do this would be to get some canadian players sponsored for the main event satty on the bigger sites, and try to satty in as, I doubt we will be able to raise $10k for the buying to main event. But that's just my 2 cents. LMK how I can help and gl to all of you.

hmm...i have maybe one person in mind who if i had the cash i would possibly think about staking...but gl gametime =)

Yea buddy...Go play a live tournament session of 12+hrs and you'll feel it when the day ends, can really wear you out

im playing in either the $1k or $1.5k event or both, so just have zab make me a red hoodie or 2 and ill rep PO myself. good idea but there is seriously 2 or 3 ppl who should get a shot here, and they aint even recognized much...

and obvi if i do real good in eithe ror both of those im playin the main event...

u deg gotta be in great shape for marathons. lova i played live for 4 days str8 at foxwoods once, would take a break to eat and stretch and smoke but i had the same seat at the same table for 4 days, table never broke,i was honestly thinking about tryin to beat laaks record

Who said you need to buy someone into the main event......the lower buy-in events are like 1500$ I believe(dont hold me to this though)
