how do i take a break from a downswing of $6500 downswing from sportbetting?

just stop before it gets worse, i tried the sports betting and the 76er's just happened to break their losing streak knocking me out of a payday of 2800 bucks. Stick to poker, atleast you have some control of the bleeding when it starts
