i have never had any issues with carbon although lately I have not tried to cash out
I really hate the Merge network. Way too many suckouts and action hands. The software is too predictable and I don't have the hours in the day to data mine it. The only answer is US regulation. I will then be more happy playing online

I play on carbon as i dont have many options but ive never understood from any of these online poker sites how they can take our money in mere seconds but if we get lucky and withdraw it takes a month( or more) to get paid. Thats really horrible customer service, honestly!! Youd think as long as these places have been in business that they would want to have better customer relations but i guess the longer it takes the more interest they draw. pretty sad really
