Can anyone make there own tourney if so let me know??

Make their own tourney where exactly? If you mean on the client, I think so. You just have to let Zab know and maybe pay for the prizepool. I'm not sure though. However, last time I checked, pokerstars has home games. It was really cool when I did it.

From my experience you can create a sng but you can not create a tournament. Not 100% sure on this though.

Oh okay, I knew I remembered there being a option for this on Carbon!
