  • Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu will both win 2 bracelets (including the ones they already one in Australia).
  • Phil Ivey will move up to the 2nd highest live tournament winner; Negreanu 3rd.
  • Phil Hellmuth will win bracelet #14.
  • Howard Lederer and Chris Ferguson will enter some WSOP events.
  • Canada and Germany will have amazing years.
  • The Main Event will NOT be won by an amateur.
  • The Main Event FT will have a female player.
  • Paul Volpe will win Player of the Year.
  • Tom Dwan, Isildur, Scott Seiver, Sorel Mizzi, Joseph Chuong, and all the former world champions (Minus Hellmuth) will NOT win any bracelets this year.
  • Greg Merson will play hardly any events.
